If you have submitted an online order you may check your registration status by logging into your account. Under the Order, you will see order status. Your status will be one of the following:
Processing – This means that your information has been received and your registration certificate is being processed. Please be patient, with each registration we research the dogs parentage and parents DNA’s to ensure that the dog you are registering is truly an Alapaha. Registration papers currently included a 3 generation pedigree and sometimes this takes time to research. Standard Processing may take up to 6 weeks.
On Hold – If you have an “On Hold” Status that means you did not supply all info needed to process your order. If you receive this status we will contact you via email to help you clear it up. This usually occurs when you have not entered the dogs registration number, a kennel prefix that you have not registered, or uploaded the requested documents to the website. IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE A SIDE PROFILE IMAGE OF YOUR DOG STANDING AND SHOWING THE TAIL REGISTRATION WILL BE DENIED, PLACED ON HOLD OR YOUR DOG WILL BE REGISTERED AS “PET QUALITY”
Denied – A Denied Status means you can not register your Dogs ABBA due to the parents not being ABBA registered, you or your breeder is a banned breeder or you have fragrantly violated the ABBA Code Of Ethics.
If you have NOT RECEIVED an order completion email after 30 days should send an email to email@example.com along with their order number & a good contact number to request an update on the status of their order. Please do not send multiple emails, the ABBA receives a ton of emails and sending multiple emails just confuses things and slows the process of your order being completed. Please note that the ABBA Registry office operates 1 day a week. So emails are not immediately returned.
