To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Members who have submitted their registrations online may check your registration status by logging into your account. Under the Order, you will see order status.  Your status will be one of the following:

  1. Processing – This means that your information has been received and is under review
  2. .On Hold –  If you have an “On Hold” Status that means you did not supply all info needed to process your order.  If you receive this status we will contact you to help you clear it up. If you have not received an email request for more info, please go ahead and call LATONNA on her mobile @ 972.802.0942. If you do not get an answer please text her.  You can also respond to us via email.
  3. Denied – A Denied Status means you can not register your Dogs ABBA due to the parents not being ABBA dogs or other issues.

Members who have mailed in registrations a have not received them after 30 days will need to check registration status by filling out the below form. Upon receipt of your request, we will look up the information and reply to you via email or by phone. It is a lot easier to solve issues by us picking up the phone and calling you. SO Please provide a good working number and the best time to call to get your issue resolved.
